“Value for money”
The family who welcomed me were lovely and made me feel very welcome. The location was very close to the lake, which was exactly what I wanted. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It is fair to say the accommodation was rustic. There was a good size gap around the door when it was closed, so there were no real barriers for the creep crawlies. Other rooms did not appear to have the same issue. Maybe that explained the low cost. I don't pick accommodation just on cost; the ratings come first, and I could just not reconcile the room I had with the rating. For me it was in the 7s. To be fair, I was also shown the room when I arrived and asked if I still wanted it. Their integrity was good, and I chose to stay. It was value for money for what I paid.
