The gate was a nightmare – we could have been hijacked, so we had to call the caretaker every time we entered or left, and she took forever to arrive and unlock. I never felt safe, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were hard and left my neck sore, the shower water pressure was terrible, the TV had no volume and only one channel, and the towels looked like they had pubic hair on them. The cleaners complained loudly about their low wages, and I couldn't rest properly at all.
