“SE PUEDE MEJORAR EL SERVICIO”
The stay went well overall. Only on the first day did housekeeping clean my room; there were no complimentary water bottles, and the TV lacked Spanish channels—only one local channel was found, and there was no option to subtitle shows or movies.

I attended Das Energi and it was my first time in Salt Lake. The venue was close by, and Utah is easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and the food solid. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall it was a great stay.

The place was clean, the location perfect for the airport, the rooms were large, and parking in front of the hotel was free.
I never got my $100 deposit back. I called them, but they didn’t resolve it for me.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Property was clean, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful to suggest local restaurants, parking is free and well lit. Good breakfast, next door restaurant is Perkins. Enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast is free included: bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, and the usual bread and pastries. After hours, you can still get free coffee, hot chocolate, and hot tea. Bottled water is a dollar and they can charge it to the room. N/A
