“Excellent location to whale watching”

Super close to the whale shark area—walking distance. The staff were very hospitable. Kent helped us book the whale shark experience, so it was very seamless! Thank you!

The host—though I can’t remember his name—was a young guy who handled everything for us; we couldn’t find a better host. He arranged the whale sharks and the airport transfer. The only downside was the shower head, which barely sprayed water.

“Top notch service”

KENT, the staff member, was extremely hospitable and professional, laying out a very detailed itinerary and keeping track of us throughout the trip. The driver, Mark, was also superb, with steady driving skills and punctuality; English isn’t his first language but that didn’t affect his service—just use Google Translate and it’s fine. The location is directly opposite the whale shark lookout point, and there are a few good eateries nearby. The bed is a little too soft for our taste, but it’s good enough for a short stay. Water pressure is a bit low in some rooms, but this seems to be a common issue for most accommodations there, so it’s negligible compared to their service.

The spot is very close to the whale shark viewing point—just a 2‑minute walk across the street. The owner is very friendly and solves problems immediately. However, there are many mosquitoes, the facilities are quite basic, and the beds in the upper and lower rooms are unstable.

“Ideal for Whale Shark lines…”

Very convenient for queuing for the whale shark tickets, and the place is clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that it’s very basic.
