We were warmly welcomed by the team, who were very attentive and welcoming, always looking after our well‑being and comfort, but the rooms could have been larger.

I wish dinner had been served earlier because there are lots of kids who go to bed soon, and it was tough keeping my daughter up until 20:00, a complaint I heard echoed by other parents.

The torresmos were among the best I've tasted, and the kitchen staff deserves applause. The stay feels like a semi‑all‑inclusive, but unlike other places I've been, even water is charged; only the food is included in the daily rate. I felt uneasy paying the pre‑booking fee outside Booking’s platform via a link—it looked suspicious—so I only paid after receiving guarantees from the site. I suggest the property switch to Booking’s payment methods for a clearer, safer process.

The place was spotlessly clean, the staff were first‑rate, the kids’ programme was superb, the food was outstanding and the grounds were beautifully maintained, leaving me with no complaints at all.
