The hotel is well located. The room is smaller than average, but there is still space. The sound insulation is poor and right below there are roosters and a mosque; the imam and the roosters fight over who shouts louder at night. It’s hard to sleep with so much noise if you’re not used to it.

The location is good, near Malioboro Road. The room was small, not big enough for the price. I upgraded from a shared bathroom to a private room. There is no elevator.

The breakfast here was amazing - my whole family loved it. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to explore much else, but the food was definitely a highlight.

Staying near Malioboro is a big plus, but that's about where the positives end. The facilities are pretty run down - the bathroom is tiny, the air conditioning in the room doesn't work properly, and you can hear people talking outside your door. To make matters worse, smoking is allowed in the rooms, the outside bathroom is a mess, and the reception desk is often unstaffed.
