I’m so shocked that the value for the money was that one. I called the reception asking for water at night the security replied to me that there is no reception at night and there is no one in the whole hotel except him . Also , the breakfast was disgusting , nothing to eat , no variety

Really nice localization and tasty breakfast. For a 5 star hotel you would expect better service overall. Saunas and jacuzzi weren’t working. No lifeguard at the pool. No service person. Even though we’ve asked the receptionist for robes, she didn’t inform us that everything downstairs needs turning on, so we’ve had a few trips up and down to get the saunas working. Water pool really cold sa whatever was written in the leaflet sent through WhatsApp was incorrect. Rooms also cold, nobody informed us, again we’ve had to ask. And what was quite terrible, the receptionist that welcomed us at 16 was still at work 11 next day, visibly exhausted. For 5 star hotel all of this is for me unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend it

The hotel was very nice, and the staff—especially sokaina at reception—were wonderful.

The place was clean and had a nice view, and they even gave us a free fruit plate, but the coffee and tea supplies were too few.
