“Nicht so gut”

The place sits in a very idyllic spot and the rooms were spotless, but there was no Wi‑Fi login info in the room. Instead there was a wine catalogue, and the TV could only be used by tech‑savvy folks because there was no manual. The rooms were also very loud, and there was no breakfast or even a glass of wine in the room. The parking offered only works on weekdays; when we returned from an evening outing the whole street was blocked and the host gave no alternatives, while a lot of cyclists were on the road making driving extremely dangerous.

The place is spot on, right on the Elbe, super quiet and cozy, and they even serve good beer, so we felt right at home.

The spot by the Elbe is unbeatable, and the rooms are functional, modern, clean, and the whole building looks great; there's a restaurant inside, but the rooms are separate, so the restaurant noise didn’t bother us since we were out during the day and it was quiet at night. We stayed one night, which was fine for a short visit, but if you plan to stay longer in Dresden, you might prefer a hotel instead.

The location, courtyard, and rooms that fit three people are all good, but the lack of breakfast doesn’t justify the price.

The spot is nice, right on the Elbe and within a 5‑minute walk to public transport, and it’s perfect for cyclists because it’s on the bike path. The cleanliness was terrible: the floor was dirty, the socks were dark grey, the bedside shelves were dusty, the bathroom was filthy, there were toilet‑paper bits in the toilet, hair and other mess behind the lid, an almost empty paper‑towel roll in the supply rack, the existing roll was nearly empty, there were residues in the sink and shower, the soap dispensers were empty, but the bed linen was fresh compared to everything else.
