Everything was perfect. Very well welcomed, daily bottles of water and toilet paper and a fridge. Very well located. Truly a great place!

The beach and shops are just a stone's throw away, which is great. However, there was no Wi‑Fi, the pond right in front of the room was filthy, and they didn’t clean the room at all for three days.

The rooms are very basic but set in a jungle vibe, each with a fridge, air‑conditioning, toiletries, and a kettle; the bed is comfy and the fridge can hold beer, plus there’s a balcony terrace. The staff were absolutely amazing—helpful and kind. The place meets Koh Lipe’s basic standards but is still good. The room could use fresh white paint, a new duvet, and curtains, but overall it was great value and quirky; I loved the balcony terrace.

The cabin was big enough and felt good, but it only had one small window. Luckily we stayed on a quiet footpath. The air‑conditioning was noisy; the compressor was mounted on the outside of the wall and its sound echoed in the room. The grounds were muddy and littered with a lot of trash. The pond was almost dry with stagnant water, perfect for mosquitoes to lay eggs.
