The proximity to the center was a plus, but the facilities need remodeling; the beds are extremely hard and the rooms smell bad, the bathroom needs cleaning and the shower walls need washing, the showerhead has a lot of mineral buildup that blocks proper water flow, and the housekeeping staff never knocks on the door and left the room without any issue.

The location is perfect if you want to be near the center or surrounding areas, very central, everything is within walking distance, and I’d recommend it if you’re looking to stay close to the historic city center; however, the beds and pillows are horrible, the pillow feels like a brick and the bed is even worse, uncomfortable with the worst mattress and super hard, scratchy sheets, and I think it could improve because it’s a hotel and people want to sleep well.

The location was fine, but the room was old, had water leaks, and smelled old; the bathroom lacked cleaning and had mold.
