The location was exceptional, the staff were very friendly, the hotel had an elevator, the rooms looked nice, and luggage could be left at reception. However, the room was not exactly clean and could be better.

The proximity to tourist sights and shopping, cleanliness, and friendly, welcoming staff were positives. The lack of a breakfast spot was not a big deal since nearby restaurants were very close.

The staff were extremely courteous and the location was excellent for accessing all attractions, though the hotel sits on a very narrow street.

The hotel sits just a stone's throw from restaurants and the Grand Bazaar, but the narrow street it’s on makes getting around a bit tricky.

Conveniently located and the staff were friendly and helpful, yet the extra‑paid pickup service fell short: after telling management our arrival time they only directed us to a spot where no sign marked our driver, and when someone finally asked who we were waiting for we were told to wait off to the side; we waited an hour, then started walking for an Uber, only to be told the driver was downstairs. The airport is an hour outside the city and the driver seemed unable to find the hotel, and by then it was 2 in the morning. When we finally arrived, management was very kind and even carried our bags to the room. The room was clean and tidy but small, yet it was sufficient for an overnight stay.
