The hotel had a great selection of amenities and the facilities seemed nice too. However, the lack of a bath and only a shower was a bit of a letdown. The price was also a bit steep for what I got.

I'll never forget the time it poured rain when we were checking out, and the staff went above and beyond to help us find a taxi. They even had to run out to our cabin multiple times to update us on the taxi situation, and even helped us carry our luggage. The hotel's Onsen was a great perk, and the kids loved the small pool in the common area (if only they had brought their swimsuits!). The staff's kindness and help really made our stay special, and we'll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time at this campsite, with delicious meals and spotless facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved the unique activities like pizza-making and tent-staying. The kids had a blast, and we saw plenty of happy smiles. If I'm being picky, it would have been great to have some extra options for dinner, like individual dishes that could be ordered on the spot.
