Elite Hotel Downtown Center

The hotel was super comfortable, well‑located, quiet, and clean. After our aurora tours we rested well, the room was huge and had everything we needed, and the staff were incredibly friendly. No problems arose, and if I return to Whitehorse, I’ll definitely stay there again. Thank you ☺️

The older hotel has large, spacious rooms that are extremely quiet and well kept.

“We stayed 5 nights and it was perfect for what we wanted handy place to visit local attractions staff were helpful”

The rooms are very roomy, but the bathroom feels possibly dated.

About an hour after check‑in I spotted a bed bug crawling on the pillow beside me; I showed a photo to the desk guy, and they promptly moved me to another room. The mattress in the new room was inspected and nothing was found. Luckily I only had my clothes in the room, so I ran them through a dryer, took a long hot shower, and hopefully won’t bring them back.

“Extremely expensive for a dated and run down facility.”

The location. Friendly staff. Run down and outdated. Extremely expensive. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom cold have been cleaner
