The location is close to shops and the staff is helpful. The bedding and towels were very clean. The room had a strong mold smell, the doorbell rang all night, making it hard to sleep on the ground floor, and there was a cockroach in the room. Breakfast was decent.

Hotel Canto da Serra is a family‑run, very cozy place with a great location. Every staff member’s service is exceptional. The cleaning is impeccable, and the breakfast is wonderful; I loved the warm tapioca. It offers the best value. I highly recommend the hotel.

The location is nice. The bedding and bath linens were yellowed, and the breakfast was the same every day.

The spot is great, but the street noise is annoying.

The staff were helpful and the place was clean, yet the location was noisy, and we only got one towel for three guests, which was disappointing.
