Everything was great, but at the end of the day, before the air conditioner kicked in, water started leaking all over the floor in room 306.

It was in Florida, but the AC broke, leaked everywhere, the sink was clogged, and the lady named Kelly was rude.

Nothing was good; the building needs a renovation because the shower was tiny, the bed frame was too heavy, the sofa felt like a brick, the staff were unfriendly, the hallways smelled of tobacco and marijuana smoke, and the AC was terrible.
