I didn't like it at all. The room was too small to even walk around the bed, and the bathroom had no shelf and the closet was the same.

Everything was fine except for two issues: first, the bathroom had a sewage smell that was awful, so I had to keep the windows open all the time; second, we were told breakfast was included and served from 8 to 11, but when we arrived at 8, 9, and 9:30 there was no one in the restaurant.

It’s very close to the airport, though I’m not sure if the neighborhood is great. The place wasn’t dirty and the room was okay.

The room had a cigarette smoke odor, and the single window couldn’t be closed, so outside noise was loud.

We were exhausted after two flights. We couldn’t book a room before midnight, so the reservation was only for the next day. We hoped the hotel would accommodate us since the room was paid for, but they denied us, citing no available rooms, even though about half an hour before the booking the site still showed availability. We arrived by taxi from the airport at around 5 am. Instead of trying to help or offer a solution, the staff simply told the taxi driver, “Take them back, we have no rooms.” That attitude toward guests, especially after two flights and so early, is completely unacceptable.
