The hotel’s location matched my purpose, facing the Institute of Marine Biology and close to Vinpearl Port, suitable for an early‑morning check‑in and island visit; the staff were enthusiastic and helped me carry a large suitcase to the room, but the room required climbing a flight of stairs, which was inconvenient; it had a sea view but felt a bit old, lacked a TV, and many items were deteriorated.

The owner and front‑desk staff were warm and attentive, and the sea view was lovely; however, during my two‑night stay in two rooms I was disappointed that the floors weren’t properly cleaned and the fridge was unusable.

The front desk’s hesitant responses wasted my time; even though I had booked a room and requested a motorbike, the staff wouldn’t accept it, telling me to find one myself; when I did, they said they only accepted guests who had a group with many bikes, which was truly frustrating.
