I liked the staff who helped with any issues, the beds were comfortable, the view from the window was beautiful, and there was a pool and restaurant on site so I didn’t have to go downstairs. The furniture was a bit worn, not just in the room but throughout the hotel, and housekeeping was weak, though trash was taken daily and towels were changed often; some towels already have stains that can’t be removed. Getting to the hotel is hard because it sits on a hill, which isn’t a huge drawback but worth noting.

I’m back for a second stay at this hotel and I can’t wait to book a longer trip—five days feels too short for the delight it offers. The rooms are clean, cozy, and the view of the mountains is simply magical. The staff are incredibly friendly and upbeat, especially Vyacheslav, who is a real gem. I’m forever grateful for his suggestions on places to visit and things to do. The hotel’s own grounds are immaculate and well cared for.

This hotel is fantastic! The mountain view is breathtaking, and the staff are very welcoming. The restaurant’s food tastes great. The expansive, well-maintained grounds feature a pool, tennis court, mini zoo, pavilions, and in winter a private ski mini‑track. We were very satisfied with our stay and relaxation at Erne Laz. The only downside is that the hotel sits on a mountain slope, so guests without a car or who are physically limited might find it inconvenient, though the views more than make up for it.
