“Posizione ottima, da rivedere alcune cose.”

The location was excellent, right in the center! In a few minutes you could reach the metro and the main attractions of Genoa such as the Aquarium. The staff were super helpful in solving any problem. My room was quite far from the bathroom (as described, the bathroom was not in the room), but we noticed a slight drainage odor that appeared occasionally and was easily masked with ambient spray. Also, the windows didn’t insulate well from outside noise: being on the first floor, everything happening on the street was clearly audible, especially at night with people shouting in the bars and outside.

“Perfect stay”

Very pleasant room, spacious, clean and with good amenities. The host was very attentive and the location was very convenient. Nothing negative.

“Statt 4 Nächte zu bleiben, sind wir nach 2 Nächten nach Hause gefahren, da uns die Unterkunft sehr angeekelt hat!”

The location was fine. The air‑conditioning only cooled one person. Dog poop was everywhere outside. We stood 40 minutes in a wet bikini in front of a closed door because the chip didn’t work. There was no space for our own belongings – we had to use the floor for our clothes. Water ran down the walls. The shower didn’t let hot water out. Because the door was broken, the other roommates left it open at night so they could come back in – very scary.

The host was a very helpful person, who gave us a larger room because ours was free. He guided us in everything and the accommodation was very nice and functional. Thanks, highly recommended.

The area is very central, close to the cathedral, and the owner is very kind and always available for any need. The room is standard for one person. The external bathroom is not really close to the room, is dim and damp. There is a lot of noise because the window faces the main street. The room is poorly lit.
