The location makes it easy to visit many spots day and night, and the rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. However, customer service was poor and there was no assistance; I was woken up twice by mistake and when I asked for extra towels they never sent them, so I had to fetch them myself.

On a scorching day (32º with a 39º feel) the room’s air conditioning simply didn’t work. After several calls, a maintenance person arrived and insisted the unit was fine. When I pointed out that the room was at 26º (measured myself), he just repeated that the unit was fine. Reception said there was no possibility to change rooms because they were full, so the only solution offered was a single fan. One of two elevators was out of service, and the other required calling reception to have it delivered to the 5th floor because it wouldn’t reach that level. In short: avoid this hotel—there are far better options!

The location is excellent and the restaurant staff were very attentive. The downside was that one of the elevator doors closed too quickly and hit guests.
