Great location , pool is very nice and the bar as well. The service was very bad, you seemed to annoy the staff when you asked a question. Not very helpful either and for the price we paid , we would not return there. We travel to many places in the world and we must say, this was the worst in terms of customer service. Ex: we ask the front desk for towels because we want to go to the beach. First day, he gives us the towels, we get to the beach they tell us we need this ticket. Why would the lobby person not give us the ticket right away. We were not able to call for a restaurant reservation , the women at the front was annoyed and ask me to try again. I had tried 5 times it was not working. They tell us they will make the reservation. We showed up never did. The hotel advises they will change our bed sheets after 3 days. They were never changed. Breakfast was bad, service extremely slow - everytime we showed up for breakfast barely any food left. Everything seemed very difficult. Honestly , for the price and service go somewhere else. Location is great however. But if you want peaceful and good service. Don’t come here
