“Good location, comfy room, right next to a Friendlys!! Win win for our picky child!”
The beds were very comfy, we enjoyed the suite's space. Free breakfast was good, plenty of room in the lobby to eat. We had three rooms booked but only had two when we arrived; no apology, the place was fully booked and no solutions offered. Also no manager was available to address the issue. We were unaware of the problem and still had the reservation listed as three rooms. We didn't want that after traveling 11 hours to reach the hotel.
