The place was kept really tidy, with housekeeping coming about every other day and swapping out the towels, which made a noticeable difference. The lady who looked after the room was super friendly, polite and well‑organized. The only thing that could improve the stay would be a small grill or sandwich maker for quick toasted sandwiches.

I loved how quiet the spot was, and Sara was a sweetheart who kept everything spotless. Being right across from Valdenio’s restaurant made grabbing a 35‑real meal a breeze, giving great value for the simple yet cozy house. Some evenings I had the place to myself, and other times a friendly couple shared the space.

Everything about the stay was fine – clean, comfortable and exactly what I needed. I didn't encounter any problems.

The location was definitely the highlight, just a short walk to everything. Unfortunately the bed had a hole in it and the balcony door couldn’t be locked because it had no key, which felt a bit insecure.

The room was roomy, the bed very comfy and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly. The only drawback was that the bathroom was located outside the room, which was a bit inconvenient.
