Breakfast was decent, but there weren’t enough towels; the tissue box had only four tissues, which were replaced after use. There was no coffee maker in the room. The maids were unfriendly, the carpet in the room needed repair, the tub stopper had been removed, and the same elevator the maids used was difficult to get into in the morning because they kept it busy and didn’t consider guests. It just wasn’t what I’m used to from Holiday Inn Express.

My partner couldn't get a good night's sleep because the bed was uncomfortable and the hallway was noisy.

The room was roomy, the bed was incredibly cozy and spotless, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly. Nothing else to mention.
