The location and breakfast were good, and the staff were friendly. When we tried to check in there was no one at the desk; we called the number on the booking, but the phone at the reception was on hold. It took a while before a staff member appeared in the lobby. We had already dropped off our luggage earlier, so they had it. The room had a very odd odor, and the bathroom was very small; I couldn’t sit straight on the toilet or wash my face in the sink. There were also a lot of noises, very loud compared to other rooms. We won’t come back. It was very different from other 4‑star hotels I’ve stayed at.
