The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the young man in charge of the breakfast area. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good selection.

The floor was non‑smoking, yet I spotted cigarettes on top of the trash can on the 8th floor near the elevator and could smell someone had been smoking; very disappointing.

The front desk staff gave me, a visitor from Taiwan, a lot of help; the room was clean, hot water was always available, and the breakfast offered a wide variety.

Breakfast was served buffet‑style, tasty and with a solid selection. The room was clean, spacious, and the hair‑dryer was powerful enough. It was nice to have free access to the coin‑laundry and gym. Most of the staff were courteous and kind, though I couldn’t get by with English.
