We stayed at this B&B while traveling in Puglia and found it far more than just a place to sleep. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed with an uncommon kindness and attention. The owner, Paolo, is a delightful person, extremely helpful, and enjoyable to chat with. He was always ready to recommend beautiful spots, beaches, towns, and hidden corners of Puglia. What struck us most was the care with which we were followed throughout our stay. The room was cleaned daily with great attention, and he never missed a chance to attend to anything we might need. When I wasn’t feeling well, he offered us an extra night, accommodating us in a way we greatly appreciated. For me, who must eat gluten‑free, he paid special attention: he bought several gluten‑free items, asked what I preferred, and what I would like to find at breakfast. That gesture makes a real difference for those with special dietary needs and makes you feel considered and pampered. In short, we left feeling we had found not only an excellent B&B but a person who made us feel truly at home. Thank you for the hospitality, availability, conversations, and all the attentions you reserved for us. If we return to Puglia, we already know where to stay. A hug from Monica and Rosario. Paolo, the manager, is very helpful and attentive to guests’ needs. He gave us tips on places to visit and restaurants in the area. The breakfast was exceptional!

“B&B Il Cedro: semplicemente top!”

The B&B Il Cedro is welcoming, rooms are great, all with air conditioning and spotless. It’s in the center of Salve and strategically located to reach the sea (the Pescoluse beaches are 7 minutes by car). The porch for breakfast is wonderful. Paolo greeted us warmly and treated us even better: the care in managing guests was exceptional with perfect directions and suggestions, making you feel at home. Breakfast is excellent and abundant, with a choice of sweet (the pastries are spectacular 😍) and savory. Our room was triple with an enormous terrace where you can stay outside at night with a wonderful breeze. We recommend it to everyone and will definitely return. 10 and praise!
