The view was nice, but there was no hot water in the shower, and not even water to flush the toilet—so I had to use a trash can to flush it. The entrance to the pyramids was just a block away, yet they insisted on selling us a tour even though the entrance was only a few feet away. Initially they were friendly because we were willing to take the tour and they even offered breakfast, but when I changed my mind their attitude shifted. We ended up doing the tour with them, yet they still charged us for breakfast and the tour turned out to be nothing more than a driver dropping us off at a distant second entrance. By the time we got back to our room we noticed the bathroom issue, but no one came to help; they said someone would arrive in 5 minutes, but no one showed up. It wasn’t a pleasant experience.

A fake page, scammers and thieves—God help me, there is no real presence on the ground, they just cancel the booking and take the money, God help me, they’re not forgiving with this money until the day of judgment.
