“Entspannung Pur”

The property was stunningly beautiful and well kept, the pools were very modern and there were plenty of lounge and shade spots. The breakfast also pleased us, especially the free à la carte items. With our upgrade we received a house right on the beach with its own pool, which was absolutely dreamy. We enjoyed the stay fully and would recommend the hotel to others. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are spacious and pretty; the first room we were assigned had an unpleasant smell, but they moved us to another room without any argument. The service is excellent, the view is nice, and they pay attention to small details in both the rooms and public areas. Breakfast is rich and good. The area is not crowded. We didn’t like the location as much. The beach is considered one of the best in Koh Samui, but in our opinion it wasn’t impressive. The hotel is far from the center, so in the evening you need a taxi to get to the market or restaurants. Overall this didn’t affect our enjoyment of the hotel.

“Beautiful bungalows in a green oasis will beautful ocean views and beach.”

The value is definitely great for a 4‑star hotel. We were upgraded, which was nice. We loved the pool and private beach. The views are beautiful, the bungalows are beautifully designed, and you’re surrounded by a green oasis and ocean views. It’s super calm and relaxing. The staff is super kind! They organize cocktail nights, cooking classes, etc. The hotel restaurant was great; we stayed for dinner a few nights because we loved the views, Thai food, and the calm atmosphere. You can kayak or paddle for free. There is also a ping‑pong table and a pool table. We really had a great time here and highly recommend it! There are a few things that could be improved, but these are small details that explain why it’s a 4‑star and not a 5‑star hotel. I would still give an overall rating of 9/10 because for the value you can’t find better; our stay was truly great. A few details: loud construction around the pool one afternoon, dark hair in the shower, a bit dusty in some areas of the room. The room card didn’t work, so I had to go back twice to the lobby (and the walk is quite a steep uphill). They don’t have the number to reception, etc., in the room, so you don’t know what number to dial. I asked for restaurant recommendations, but the person at reception could only give me one restaurant that was a 5‑minute walk; the staff couldn’t share any other suggestions, but I found a great one on my own! I would simply recommend they have a list of restaurants to make it easy to share with guests. The list seems long, but once again we loved our stay and would go back; these are just small points to help the hotel improve.
