The bed was good enough. The room itself felt like a box; I asked to change it but got no response. The bathroom was cramped—standing in it was hard, the door was in the way, and you couldn’t get out of the tub without walking into the toilet. There was no help offered to change rooms when I filed a complaint.

It’s close to the Fisherman’s Wharf, making it easy to catch shows or other events, and there are late‑night snack spots and a small supermarket nearby. Very convenient.

The housekeeping staff tidied the room every day and replenished any items we needed, making the stay comfortable. It was a shame that the room we got had no view out the window.

Location: close to the Portuguese district, two bus stops away. There’s a smoking area at the hotel exit, with a cleaner tidying the trash cans and doors every 20 minutes. Everything else was perfect.
