The hotel's location is great, but that's about where the positives end. We had a nightmare trying to check in - they initially refused us, saying the price wasn't acceptable, and we had to speak to the owner of the brand to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the soundproofing is terrible, and we could hear everything going on outside, which made it impossible to sleep on the ground floor.

The staff here were absolutely fantastic, always willing to lend a hand. The location is also a major plus, right next to the bus station, making it super convenient. I had a great stay overall.

We had a good stay at this fabhotel, with clean and well-maintained rooms and good service. However, the only thing that really stood out was how good everything was - it was just. good. Nothing particularly impressive or memorable.

What a nightmare! I was caught in the middle of a dispute between the hotel and another chain, and the owner used my check-in as leverage to try and resolve the issue. I was denied check-in for an hour, and it was a really disappointing experience.

The location on the app is completely misleading - it's 6 km away from the actual place. I spent two hours driving around trying to find it, but it was nowhere to be found. The whole experience was frustrating and made me question the accuracy of the app.
