The room was modern and spacious, but I was very disappointed. I paid extra for a King room, yet I was given a Queen room that was noticeably smaller with a smaller bed, which made the night uncomfortable. The property advertised a hot tub, but only a standard bathtub was available, which feels like false advertising. I spoke to the manager the next morning, but received no response, refund, or goodwill gesture. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations, so I would not stay again.
