“Posizione ottima”
Great location for both the city center and the station. The staff were very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was good, but the air‑conditioning kept failing, which made it hard to rest after a busy day.

We slept for one night. The structure was clean and nothing was missing. Everything was good, perfect. If I were to return to Florence, I would definitely go back to Hotel Berna; the location is strategic, close to everything.

The location was great and the staff were helpful, but the lift was tiny and we only received one small blanket.
