The cleaning was impeccable and the location was good.
The location is excellent.
The location was great, but the shower was uncomfortable and in bad condition.

I was assigned a smaller room than usual and it faced the interior, but it was pleasant and went well 🙏 ♥️🌸

The location is super central. Even though everything had to be done online and they said they were unreachable after a certain time, I managed to get in touch with them after that hour to resolve the situation for other guests. They had a kitchen for everyone to use, with a machine and coffee capsules, a microwave and dishes. The balconies and the atmosphere are pleasant. The information was sent to the email (booking messages) and then to WhatsApp, which was confusing for me. I prefer a single source of information. The mattress was terrible, especially for those with back problems. In fact, you can hear a lot from some rooms to others and the kitchen. It’s up to the guests to respect the rules but it doesn’t always happen and I woke up with the late arrival of some guests, talking and making coffee.
