The location and comfort were good, but the rooms were relatively small, dark, and poorly ventilated.
“Fabulous location”
I liked the location and the outdoor area; the bed was very comfortable in a small room and the staff were very helpful. However, the room was very hot, especially the first night, and the fan was inadequate. Other guests were noisy, and a yappy dog in one of the rooms made it hard to sleep because of the poor sound insulation.

The period property was beautiful and close to the centre of the medieval village, but there was no air conditioning.

The breakfast was great, but carrying luggage up the stairs with three ramps was a real hassle.
