The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The room even had a convertible roof, two showers, and a large bathtub.
The pizza we ordered was terrible.

I liked the breakfast and the reception staff, but I expected more for a reservation; the jacuzzi water had a bad odor, there was no shampoo or soap in the suite, the garage was flooded when I parked, and I’ve had better reception elsewhere—plus the suite is noticeably damaged.
