Located at the heart of Medan city makes the activities more enjoyable. Cleanness the property and the great services from the staff. The property only has 1 elevator which makes a little bit inconvenient

Good location The house keeper barged into the room while I was naked and then lingered when I told him to leave the room.

Room was OK, the shower was a bit small but manageable. There was a small espresso maker for coffee lovers. We didn’t use the room cleaning service. It’s just next to DeliPark Mall if you like shopping. The scent diffuser in the elevator was suffocating; scent diffusers are toxic and should not be used, especially not in small spaces like an elevator! The restaurant downstairs doesn’t cater to healthy eating (like most places), and there was no willingness to adapt some menu items.

The marmalade was mouldy 😖, but the staff removed it when I mentioned it. They should inspect it before guests arrive.
