The staff were pleasant, but the stairs to the children's area were not entirely smooth.

The staff were friendly and our rooms were in the annex building. We had originally booked a family room for us and our dog, but on site we were told the room couldn’t accommodate a dog because of a carpet, so we had to cancel and were offered two separate rooms instead, which made the stay a bit more expensive. Breakfast was okay, with plenty of jam for those who like it, limited cold cuts but enough, plus fruit and yogurt. The rooms were rather old, though clean, and the shower door stuck, forcing us to use the shower in the other room.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was good, but the room’s lighting was an issue; there were no curtains on the upper windows, so light stayed in the room late at night, and we had to tape and cover them with bedding.
