“Would definitely visit again. Suited us perfectly.”
A lovely, quiet spot with just one other pod. It was great to sit on the small deck in the evenings, relax and watch the fields. The nearest shop is a bit far, but apparently you can get deliveries there. Everything you need for a peaceful getaway is available. The only minor issue was the bed’s high wooden edge, which made getting in and out uncomfortable if you have short legs.

Set on a farm with stunning views, the Prancing Moose cabin was beautiful, featuring a well‑equipped kitchenette and bathroom. I loved how it was built from natural materials. We arrived on a scorching day and the cabin was baking, so we had to keep the front door open. A fan would have been great for hot weather. The bottom sheet was bumpy and not very comfy. For a touch of luxury, softer towels would have been better (they were very rough!).
The night wildlife was amazing, the place was peaceful and dark, the bed was very comfortable and soft, the rooms were spotless, and it was super easy to shower. No issues.
Feeling alone in nature, no TV needed, just sitting on the terrace watching clouds drift by was enough for our happiness, even if we couldn’t see the stars! This cabin is so pretty and cozy!!!

I liked hanging out on the deck in the evenings and hearing a variety of birds in the woods and scrub in the mornings, especially spotting curlews and a hare. No complaints at all.
