The rooms were comfortable, but the balcony views were poor, and the location was difficult to reach because the city is currently doing road work, all streets are one‑way, and access to the hotel is hindered.

Everything was very good, but the cleanliness and friendly staff were lacking.

The staff were very friendly and helped me with several transport questions; kudos to one receptionist who even called the bus station to assist me, and the breakfast was excellent, with no complaints.
