A nice hotel with a superb location, but the breakfast earns only a 3‑; we stayed three nights and none of the three breakfasts had butter, tables were wiped only sporadically, the dish cart was often overloaded with dirty dishes and not cleared in time, forcing guests to stack used plates on the already full cart, leaving a bad impression and showing a lack of attentive service; we discussed this with other guests who shared our concerns. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful and offers the best conditions for a good stay, yet the poor breakfast service significantly spoils the overall impression.

Nice location, pretty breakfast rooms, but the room and bathroom were dirty and staff were missing during breakfast.

Dinner was fine; for 2 of the 5 days there was no butter at breakfast, no room cleaning and no fresh towels during the 5 days.

Breakfast was good, beds were fine, the location is great, right in the center near a grand basilica, parking is available on the property; on the bathroom floor there was still dust, even whole dust nests, and someone was supposed to vacuum but never came; the church bell nearby rings at night, windows must stay open, the air‑con was off; the restaurant is mediocre, the Wiener Art schnitzel is a flat piece of pork the thickness of a playing card with more breadcrumbs than meat, dry and tasteless; if you want dinner in the evening, look elsewhere on the square outside the hotel.

Ich war absolut begeistert: von der Lage, dem Komfort des Zimmers. Ja, das Hotel mag innen etwas in die Jahre gekommen sein, aber alles ist sehr sauber, und das Frühstück war köstlich!. Meiner Familie und mir hat alles gefallen
