The city location is a plus, but the experience was bad because the amenities weren’t refilled. No one asked to clean the room, the Wi‑Fi was down, and when we called to check on our beaded bottle left in the fridge they simply said it wasn’t found. That level of hospitality is unacceptable.
Everything was fine.
Akrida is our go‑to hotel in Pondi; we’ve stayed 3‑4 times and would choose it again, especially for the food at their restaurant and the polite staff. Parking space could use improvement.
