The spot is very near the center, the beach, and very cheap, but the room is extremely small.

The Pisa apartment was roomy, clean, modern, with a friendly host and good price‑quality ratio, but there was no switch in the living room, and for the three of us there was only one shampoo bottle; many hotels have dropped single‑use sachets, and it would be more efficient to provide refillable containers.

The Roma apartment is spacious, comfortable, and quiet, exactly as described, and it has all the necessary amenities for a stay, though the toilet bowl is cramped between the sink and the wall.
