The location was fine, but the staff behaved very poorly and the service was the worst I've experienced.

The room and bed were clean, but there were no windows.

Staff member Kamal was very good, though overall the experience was just good.

The service was excellent, but there was still an issue with the service.

Cleanliness was good, but the room I received for the price was extremely small, making it hard to move around, with insufficient space for luggage and a wardrobe too small for my belongings.
