“Hotel acogedor, estancia muy cómoda.”

I loved the whole hotel, especially the rooms with very comfortable, spacious beds. The breakfast area and the game room on the upper floor were great. However, the breakfast lacked egg variety, even though there was a potato tortilla.

“Acogedor y con encanto”

Everything was fantastic: cleanliness, bed comfort, breakfast, and especially Carmen, the owner, who was very attentive—a real charm. I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff’s service was flawless; we felt right at home. The location is in a very quiet, well‑connected area. The pillows were just a touch too low, but that’s a personal preference.

“Decepción”

Breakfast was disappointing; the lady was friendly but the service didn’t match her politeness. The only cold cut was a ham sandwich, and we couldn’t tell if it was pork, duck, turkey, or chicken. Every day was the same, except Sunday when a different person served us. The last slice of tomato and serrano ham that was promised never arrived, and there was no kettle for water. On the first two days, the microwave had a foam issue, so we had no idea how to make tea. There was too much cake and sweets for dessert, and no eggs except the tortilla, which was also underwhelming. I’d rather not include breakfast in the price. The price of 130 euros per night seems high compared to other similar 3‑star accommodations.
