The hotel had a stylish vibe and was right in Tribeca. The room was clean and the overall design impressed me. But the condition of the room was a let‑down, especially for $406 a night. There was a visible crack in the floor and the bathroom showed damage and wear; at that price I’d expect a room in far better shape, so the value didn’t live up to my hopes.

The staff were incredibly kind and quick to help. The location, however, was noisy; we were next to a cleaning room and its door kept slamming at 7:30 am and throughout the morning.

The staff were lovely, the location was great, and the hotel’s restaurants and bar were nice. The rooms, though, can feel quite small.
