The hotel is located in a hamlet of Fabriano among the hills, a very beautiful and quiet spot with a pool and tennis court. The restaurant serves excellent typical cuisine with generous portions, and the owner is very helpful and friendly. The rooms kept a 1960s style with added furniture in completely different styles, and the cleanliness could be improved – that’s what we noticed in the two rooms we stayed in.

The place is fantastic and the staff are incredibly kind. Mrs. (la.proprietaria) is sweet, welcoming, and ready to meet every need. Surrounded by greenery, the property is perfect for a top‑class relaxation day. Thanks. Nothing to complain about.

The property exudes a sense of peace and calm, and the hospitality is simple yet genuine. Jo took care of us at dinner, serving and accompanying us flawlessly. A suggestion: it would be nice if the minibar were stocked, so we wouldn't have to keep asking for water.
