I stayed in the heart of downtown, so getting to restaurants and the waterfront was a breeze. The front desk wasn’t staffed all the time, and getting in at night was a hassle even though they claimed 24‑hour reception. They slapped a $200 deposit on my card without telling me at check‑in, which felt unfair and out of line for a hotel.

The place is in a great spot, rooms are neat and cozy, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a good mix of options and everything was spotless.
