The location in the heart of Ventanilla was great, and the staff were kind and accommodating. It was very expensive for what it is, and the wifi didn’t reach all rooms; in the one I stayed in, it only stuck to the door.

The service was good. The room was very small, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, the shower had poor water pressure, and there was a lot of noise.

The bathrooms were excellent. There was no Netflix.

We stayed one night before continuing the trip by car. It’s near the highway and has parking. The staff were very helpful. We could hear music but fell asleep; the staff had offered to change our room.
