The place is quiet and close to the airport.

The hotel sits right next to the East London GP Circuit, which is great for racing fans, but the room feels old and the bedding had marks on it; a fresh coat of paint or a wall cleaning would help, and there were no toiletries in the bathroom.

The place is in a fantastic spot close to all the sights I wanted to see, feels very safe, and the staff were amazing, though the overall cleanliness could use improvement.

It’s not a hotel at all but a house; the rooms are cramped, windows won’t close, and they’re too small to justify the R1200 price.
